What delivery options do I have and how much will they cost?

4shaw.co.za has partnered up with The Courier Guy to service all your delivery needs.

Do you have a free delivery policy?

We currently offer free delivery around Gauteng, and are working to create a national free delivery policy sooner than you can say “4Shaw.co.za” So watch this space… Your products could be at your door nationally without extra cost to your e-wallet.

I just purchased products off the site, how long until I receive my delivery?

Depending on the size of your order (amount of products), and where your delivery address is in comparison to our suppliers, your order should be in your hands within 7 days of receiving payment.

I have a different billing address to my physical address, where will my delivery be delivered to?

It all depends on you, if you would like your order to be delivered to one or the other you can specify this on the order form.

What happens if my order arrives and I am not available to collect and sign for it?

There are several solutions to this query. If the courier arrives at your delivery address and nobody is available to accept collection, they will revert back to us and we will arrange for a new delivery date that suits you. You can also select a different address where someone will be able to collect on your behalf, or select your place of work and we will deliver to your office or site for your convenience.

Does 4shaw.co.za have a returns policy?

We don’t want to bore you with the entire run down of our returns policy and why “we have it to not only protect ourselves, but to protect you the consumer” but if you would like to view the extensive returns document please feel free to visit the returns policy page on the site.

How do I return a defective product?

It’s as easy as 1,2,3. . . Simply go to our returns page, fill out the form and we will make it happen. 4shaw.co.za takes every precaution possible to ensure your order is delivered in perfect condition without damages or blemishes, but unfortunately things do happen outside of our control. If there is a problem please feel free to let us know and we will address it with the best of our abilities. Our customers are our most important asset and we strive to keep you coming back and enjoying the great products and services we offer you.

Can I get a cash refund instead of credit on my account?

The short answer… YES!

Can I exchange a defective product?

You most definitely can. We collect the product to be checked for defects, once it has been approved as defective we will send you a communication with your different options. If you would like to exchange the product for a new one, we will arrange for this to happen.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

A refund can take up to 2 weeks to process as we need to get the defective checked by the supplier. Once all the processes have been followed and the product is approved as defective, the refund will be processed.

Refunds & Returns

I want to purchase a product off the website how do I pay for it?

There are several different payment options available. The easiest and most direct, to ensure your money goes straight into our account is to use the PayFast Gateway available on the site. PayFast is an outsourced payment gateway that is 3D secure so your money goes directly and safely to where you want it to. We also offer an EFT option, this usually takes a day or two to reflect which can hamper the delivery time of your order, but is still a very safe and secure option. Please free to contact us regarding other payment options and terms. We are always open to new and future technologies and will keep you updated on new developments in the near future.

Is your online payment gateway safe?

PayFast and 3D Secure we can assure you that your money will not get lost in the transaction process. We have gone the extra mile to ensure not only our clients, but our own security.

Can I pay COD?

The Cash On Delivery process is not yet available in our payment terms, but stay tuned, you never know when things could change.

I have received a coupon, how do I go about redeeming it?

If you have received a coupon code it’s simple to redeem. Simply select the product you wish to purchase off the website, and go to the checkout page. As long as the product you select is redeemable against the coupon, you simply input the code where you see “Redeem Coupon” and the discount will automatically be added to your total.

I received a Gift Voucher, how do I redeem it?

The Voucher redemption works exactly the same the coupons. Input the code into the voucher selection and hey presto… Your order is on its way.

Product Request

I can’t seem to find a specific product on your site, can you help?

Was the product previously on the site? If so it may be out if stock at the moment. Stay tuned for it’s return. Alternatively send a mail to info@4shaw.co.za and enquire there about out of stock items. We also have a request a product page where you can request any product you have been looking for, and we will do our very best to source it at the most competitive price available.

Where can I find more information about a specific product?

Did you check the product write-up? If so and you feel you need more information, please drop us a line at info@4shaw.co.za and we will get back to with all the info you require.

A certain product is out of stock, when I can expect it to be back in stock?

Products come and go unfortunately and stock is always supplier dependant, but drop us an enquiry on our request a product page and we will do our best to find what you are looking for.
